Your roster, races, and
logistics in one place.
Run your team on something better than spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, and last-minute emails. Built for the manager who's done chasing athletes — and a setup that matches the level they compete at.
Without Toli: a bunch of tools that don't talk to each other.
A roster of athletes in a spreadsheet that's never up to date. Race-week planning scattered across emails. Gear sizing re-asked twice a year. The real source of truth is a 60-message WhatsApp thread — and you're the only one keeping it together.
One dashboard for everything.
Toli replaces all tools above with one place your whole team already checks.
One source of truth for the whole team.
Every athlete, in one place.
Contact, gear sizing, languages, social links and dietary. Filter by health status, UTMB index or favorite race format. No more re-asking the same sizing questions twice a year.
Build a race week in minutes.
Create an event, define the races inside it — distance, elevation, start time and characteristics. Share a public link with an organizer, a sponsor, or the photographer covering the event, so they know which athletes to follow.
Track registration status for all athletes.
Add athletes to an event, or let them register themselves. One view shows where everyone stands: considering, registered, needs bib, or withdrawn. Each with a personal note. The spreadsheet that was never up to date is gone.
Race-week travel, at a glance.
Each athlete logs their mode of transport, transport number for flights or trains, arrival and departure datetime, accommodation needs, and whether they need crew support on course. One view per event — you see who's arriving when, and who still needs a plan, before it's race week.
Reach only the people it concerns.
Send to the whole team, everyone going to an event, one race within it, or a single athlete. Mark it urgent. Athletes get it as a push notification on their phone — then you see exactly who read it. No more guessing in a 60-message thread.
Season numbers without the scraping.
Results synchronized from utmb.world for each athlete: ranking, distance, elevation gain, finish time and UTMB Index. Calculate overall statistics for the team: wins, podium finishes, and average UTMB Index for women and men. Export this data at any time in CSV format to share it to whoever you want.
Keep your athletes focused on their goals.
Most teams still run on a shared spreadsheet: athletes lose the link, don't have edit rights, and the views don't fit a phone screen — so the data becomes outdated and the manager ends up chasing it by DM. Toli replaces this mess with a mobile-first solution. One less source of stress for the athlete before a race: keep your athletes focused on their goals.
- Update personal information in a few taps. Edit gear sizing and travel details straight from your phone — no forms, no waiting on someone else. Built to feel as professional as the races you're lining up for.
- One inbox, filtered by race. Messages arrive in context — no scrolling a 60-message group thread.
- No more shared spreadsheet. Gear sizing and travel details live on their own profile — one place, always current, easy to edit from a phone.
Everyone on the team sees exactly what they should — nothing else.
A shared spreadsheet gives the whole team the same link and the same access. Contact details, dietary needs, medical notes — all one click away for anyone who has the file. And when someone leaves the team, they keep it. Toli replaces that with real access control, built around how a trail team actually works.
A view for every role
Managers, athletes and assistants each get their own space. Managers run the roster and edit everything. Athletes see their own races, logistics and messages. Assistants get read access to the races they're assigned to, nothing more.
Private data stay private
Contact details, dietary restrictions and medical treatments are visible to managers only. They never land in a column the whole team can scroll through.
Access ends when the team ends
Remove an athlete and their access is gone immediately. No shared link still floating around, no old file they can still open.
Built for GDPR
Data hosted in the EU, explicit consent on sensitive data, and access to health data logged. The compliance a professional team is expected to have — handled.
Race week at UTMB. 12 athletes flying in.
Same week. Same roster. Here's what changes.
Info scattered across six tools
- Arrivals spread across 4 emails and 10 WhatsApp DMs.
- Two athletes' transport numbers still missing the night before.
- A message about the mandatory rain kit got lost in a 60-message thread — no idea who saw it.
- Sizing for the kit drop re-asked, half the replies missing.
- The higher-ups are asking for a breakdown of the results. You go through utmb.world, one by one.
- Five tools open, none of them agreeing with each other.
Every answer, one screen
- Every arrival, transport number, and stay on one attendance screen.
- Missing-info alerts help identify gaps before they become a problem.
- Urgent notice sent to the 5 racing CCC — read receipts show that Paul didn't see it.
- Gear sizing already on file from each athlete's profile.
- Podiums, victories, and all the UTMB indexes live on the team dashboard. A ready-to-share CSV file is available.
- One screen. One source of truth. One person no longer firefighting.
Trail running went professional. It's time for tools to do the same.
I'm an athlete racing for a sponsored team and I'm also a software developer. I watched trail team managers run world-class runners out of inefficient tools. The sport had gone elite. The setup behind it hadn't. So I developed Toli based on the real-world needs of trail running teams on the ground.
The goal is to make the boring parts disappear, so managers can run their team like the high-level setup it is, and athletes get an environment that matches the races they line up for.
The questions managers ask.
